บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้ เรื่องเล่าประกอบเต๋าคำในการส่งเสริมความสามารถทางด้านการฟังและพูดในเด็กวัย 5-6 ปี กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน อายุ 5-6 ปี โรงเรียนบ้านทุ่งเงิน ตำบลบ้านตูม อำเภอนาจะหลวย จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จานวน 12 คน ที่มีพัฒนาการด้านภาษาล่าช้าจากการประเมินด้วยแบบประเมิน Denver II
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีดังนี้ 1) เรื่องเล่าประกอบเต๋าคำ 2) เต๋าคำ 3) คู่มือการใช้เรื่องเล่าประกอบเต๋าคำ 4) แบบประเมินความสามารถในการพูดและการฟัง 5) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของครูและผู้ปกครอง และ 6) แบบทดสอบพัฒนาการ Denver II (Frankenburgetal,1992)
ดำเนินการวิจัยโดย 1) ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้อำนวยการโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมคุณภาพ 2) เก็บข้อมูลประเมินพัฒนาการด้านการฟังและการพูดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้แบบประเมิน Denver II 3) สร้างเครื่องมือในการวิจัย 4) คณะผู้ทำวิจัยดำเนินการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการโดยให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างปฏิบัติกิจกรรมต่างๆ ตามขั้นตอนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เรื่องเล่าประกอบเต๋าคำและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการทำ Pre-Post test โดยผู้วิจัยเป็นผู้ประเมินทักษะการพูดและการฟังของกลุ่มตัวอย่างขณะได้รับการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านการฟังและพูดโดยใช้เรื่องเล่าประกอบเต๋าคำ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของคะแนน Pre-test กับ Post-test ครั้งที่ 1 และเปรียบเทียบกับคะแนน Post-test ครั้งต่อไป โดยใช้สถิติค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวแบบวัดซ้ำ (One-way repeated measure ANOVA)
ผลวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้
1. คะแนนเฉลี่ยโดยรวมของความสามารถในการฟังและพูดเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ดังนั้นกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ได้รับการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านการฟังและการพูดโดยใช้เรื่องเล่าประกอบเต๋าคำ มีพัฒนาการทางด้านการฟังและพูด มีผลคะแนนค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมเพิ่มขึ้นจาก Pre-test ที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยโดยรวม = 2.33 คะแนน
2. post-testมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยโดยรวม 2.75, 2.94, 3.49, 3.95, 4.23,และ 4.39 ดามลำดับ
3. ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองพบว่ามีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากค่าเฉลี่ยรวม = 4.45
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะว่า ควรมีการศึกษาและทำวิจัยทักษะด้านอื่นเพิ่มขึ้น เช่น ทักษะการอ่านและการเขียน และทำการวิจัยกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่จำนวนมากขึ้น เพื่อที่จะได้ข้อมูลที่หลากหลาย สามารถนำไปใช้กับเด็ก 5-6 ปี ได้ทุกประเภท
