Stay was fantastic. Though we had difficulty finding the hotel at first. We came from Cambodia and we were dropped off somewhere in Bangkok. The taxi driver didn't know how to speak english & didn't know where the hotel's located. Mandarin is near the Chamchuri Square, minutes walk to MBK, Siam Center. Loved our room, the staff carried our luggages to the room, fast internet, most staffs are friendly & accomodating, nice swimming pool (it's warm even at night, unfortunately it closes early at 8pm). The Tuk Tuk offering you a ride at the street is expensive, they'd charge you THB 100-150. We're lucky that we managed to ride one for THB 40 going to MBK. I'd say riding a taxi is much cheaper if you'd go in far places (flag down rate is THB 35). Try the Thai massage at the spa inside the hotel. Feels good and relaxing after a day's adventure. Don't make international calls from the hotel though, it's expensive. For the overall hotel experience, money paid was all worth it.
