The reason why I send this email to all of team members is I do not know who did spread it . Today I coached Mr. Peet in meeting room , after that I asked him about how he has worked / evaluated job so far. I got information from him and below is unacceptable :
1) How can CW knew his salary & said salary ( exact 17 K) among discussion group ? Mr.Peet also was there at that time. He was surprised ( me too ) , how can this thing be leaked.
I strongly believe as the HR professionals at any companies, anyone should not know other's salary.
This case , CW (Lek) knows the salary CP , obvious they are work in the same team.
What the hell can be ? Yes, comparing of job volume in the team & salary.
2) Gossip is still available; he is not familiar with this environment
he just said he cannot tell me about who said what , he does not want to refer it he can judge who is bad / good. Just keen on, I asked him what others said about me , he told that others said I am fuzzy. He knew that as long as I (training team) am fussy but we have intention to strengthen process & lessen complaints, he is ok.
For me I do not mind item 2 ,
Just item 1 , as HR professionals , shall we drill down who did say or spread this most important factor when we have & manage team work ?. Team work is also our value.
