Could you kindly provide a clear video to display and validate the product problem within 3 calendar days? (If batteries are needed, please test the batteries on another machine first to make sure that they are powerful.) Please make sure your video is long and clear enough to show the product so that we can identify the problem.
PLEASE NOTE: if no agreement is reached or sufficient evidence provided within given time, AliExpress would close the case with full payment released to the seller or upon the seller’s offer.
