การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในระดับการศึกษาปฐมวัย และเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะการประกันคุณภาพภายในระดับการศึกษาปฐมวัยของสถานศึกษาในศูนย์เครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาสาละวิน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน เขต 2 ประชากรได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา รวมทั้งสิ้น 80 คน รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในระดับการศึกษาปฐมวัยของสถานศึกษาศูนย์เครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาสาละวิน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาแม่ฮ่องสอน เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการรายงาน รองลงมาคือ ด้านการดำเนินการและ ด้านการเตรียมการ ตามลำดับ
ปัญหาที่พบคือ คณะครูและบุคลากรขาดความชำนาญในการปฏิบัติงานงบประมาณในการดำเนินงานไม่เพียงพอตามโครงการ/กิจกรรม ขาดการเผยแพร่รายงานผลการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาประจำปีสู่สาธารณชน
สำหรับข้อเสนอแนะคือ ควรมีการอบรมให้ความรู้เชิงปฏิบัติการมากกว่าอบรมทฤษฎีควรจัดสรรงบประมาณให้เพียงพอเหมาะสมตามงานโครงการ/กิจกรรมควรมีการเผยแพร่รายงานผลการพัฒนาคุณภาพประจำปีสู่สาธารณชน
