Hi Yodying Laksameekarnkhar,
I hope this email find you well. As i mention earlier, i discuss and showed the Netsclaer support files with my Escalation engineers and come up with the conclusion that the Netscaler was rebooted cleanly. If its a power supply module on the netsclar, it should be listed on the log. so, we do not think the Power supply module is faulty at this point.
As its the instance of such kind for this device. If you face similar problem with same device in future, we will do the same first to detect the issue. if we cannot find any reason to reboot, we will arrange a RMA. Please refer this case.
Anyway, will it be ok to archive this case as we cannot find any issue with the device or config?
Please let me know.
