Kue Bolu
Ingredients:
200g butter, beat until soft
125g sugar
6 eggs
200g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Method:
1. Mix the egg and sugar until it is stiff. Sieve in the flour and baking powder. Mix to combine.
2. Add the butter, stir through.
3. Grease a 20cm round tin, line it with baking paper. Pour the cake mix into it and bake until it is cooked.
I was told to bake this at 150C for about 1/2 hour. Check if it done using satay skewer. If it is still wet, it is not done yet.
