Can someone summarize what is the problem now?
Customer (Internet Service Provider) use NetScaler to load balance LDNS for their end-user (broadband users).
Also they really don’t have any idea about what kind of DNS request that opcode=14 (which is very specific & not normal).
Can we reproduce DNS request with opcode=14 and continue fixing the issue by ourself instead of asking the customer?
Please advise anything how can I help you on this.
