プレミアムフロアに3泊しました。部屋は清潔で問題なく使えたが 前の人の使用済みタオルがそのまま残っていたのには驚いた。混んでいることもあってか お掃除がなかなか入らずでタイミングを見ないとならずであったのはスムーズではなかったです。 29階のラウンジは客の数とテーブルの数はあっていない気がします。SOFITELやPULLMANに比べるとラウンジスタッフの接客はマネージャー含め良いとは言えない。笑顔が少ないのが印象に残ります。利便性を取り 利用していますが レストランの食事も含めもう少しレベルアップすることを期待します。
