REPORTING TO: General Manager
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be a single point of contact for all customer issues (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Responsiveness)
Extend customer network and improve relationship and enhance customer satisfaction
Seek opportunities for further business growth
Use internal resources to incorporate RFI and RFQ processes
Liaise with other departments to manage/coordinate OE projects
Facilitate PPAP process and support SOP
Negotiate contracts, price and terms of conditions
Analyze business and report to Key Account Leader
Collect and communicate voice of customer
