Sorry for the late reply. For case finding packet loss we will explain as below
• I understand that you are finding a ping packet loss and you are facing some issues with HA fail-over.
The issue not about with HA fail-over but I try fail-over form Node A into Node B but I found the packet loss that same after fail-over into node B.
• Kindly let me know whether you are trying to ping any server at the back-end from the Netscaler or were you trying to ping the NSIP of your NetScaler from your client machine
I will trying to ping and send the information to you as soon.
