We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is a very big hotel. Rooms are large enough. The bathroom is great: automated toilet! The shower area with the rainshower and the place to sit are some of the nice features in the rooms. Rooms are very modern and basic. Breakfast: a good buffet with good variety. All fresh and clean. Only advise i would give to the management is to mark the cans for the use of coffee and tea. Now they are used for both making the tea taste like coffee..
MRT just around the corner but you can also take the public bus around the corner for 11 bath.
Other advise is to adjust the hotel doors so if one is closing the hotelroom door you are not awakened by the slamming of the doors!
The time that it takes to check-in is way too long and can be more efficient. It is a pity that in such a good hotel with automated features the check-in process is manual. And the explanation for the deposit is kind of strange: 3000 bath for deposit if you use things in the mini bar; there is no minibar!! Anyways most of the hotels ask for deposit or your creditcard.
But this are just some points for the hotel management to improve as i would definitely recommend this hotel and definitely will book myself the next time!
