สรุปและอภิปรายผล (Conclusion and Discussion) สรุปในภาพรวมการจัดการของวิสาหกิจชุมชน ท่าสะอ้านไฮโดรโปนิกส์ ตั้งอยู่บนพื้นฐานของหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง มีการดำเนินงานครบ ทุกมิติ เริ่มต้นจากการผลิต ไปจนสิ้นสุดถึงการจัดจำหน่าย สำหรับผลการประกอบการ มีกำไรปกติ (Normal Profit) เป็นวิสาหกิจชุมชนที่มีความเข้มแข็ง และยั่งยืนในการจัดการ
สำหรับการอภิปรายผลในภาพรวม การจัดการวิสาหกิจชุมชน ตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง กลุ่มเกษตรกรสามารถดำเนินการผลิต เป็นอาชีพเสริม เพื่อเพิ่มรายได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง (ศศิเพ็ญพวงสายใจ และคณะ, 2554) สำหรับวิสาหกิจชุมชน ท่าสะอ้านไฮโดรโปนิกส์ มีผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีความสอดคล้องกับยุคที่มีความตระหนักด้านสุขภาพ และความต้องการ (Demand) ของผู้บริโภคที่มีกำลังซื้อสูง โดยที่มีความจำเป็นในการเพิ่มช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ อาจต้องมีมากขึ้น และมีความหลากหลายของช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายมากขึ้นเช่นกัน เพื่อการเข้าถึงผู้บริโภคให้มีระยะเวลาสั้นที่สุด ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับงานวิจัยและหลักการของส่วนผสมทางการตลาด (Marketing Mix: 4P’s)

ข้อเสนอแนะ
ผลการวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะ ดังนี้
(1) การจัดการ การผลิต และการตลาด พบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับปริมาณเงินทุนหมุนเวียน เนื่องจากรายได้(Revenue) มีลักษณะที่ไม่สม่ำเสมอ และมีจำกัด (ในกรณีที่ขายผลิตภัณฑ์ได้ไม่หมด) แต่รายจ่าย (ต้นทุนผันแปร) มีตลอดและต่อเนื่อง โดยพบปัญหาหลักคือ มีข้อจำกัดในการจัดจำหน่าย ดังนั้นการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ เพื่อให้สามารถกระจายสินค้าได้มากขึ้นและรวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น รัฐควรให้การช่วยเหลืออย่างเป็นรูปธรรม และมีความต่อเนื่อง
(2) การวิเคราะห์จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส และอุปสรรค กล่าวเฉพาะประเด็นที่ควรพัฒนา แบ่ง เป็น 4 หัวข้อใหญ่ ๆ คือ การจัดการ การผลิต การจัดจำหน่าย และการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ในชุมชน ดังนี้ I) การจัดการ สมาชิกของวิสาหกิจฯ จะต้องมีส่วนร่วม และจัดระบบในการจัดการให้มีความชัดเจนเพิ่มยิ่งขึ้น II) การผลิต ต้องเน้นการผลิตที่มีความสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้บริโภค และรวดเร็วตรงเวลามากที่สุด III) การตลาด อาจมีการสำรวจตลาดอย่างต่อเนื่องเป็นรูปธรรม และมีการสร้างเครือข่ายให้ครบวงจร เช่น การจัดจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ให้มีความหลากหลาย เป็นต้น และ IV) การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ในชุมชน ให้กับนักเรียน นักศึกษา และประชาชนผู้สนใจ เพื่อนำไปปฏิบัติจริงในชีวิตประจำวัน มีความจำเป็นต้องมีภาครัฐเข้ามาสนับสนุนอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมให้ชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อให้เกิดความเข้มแข็ง และยั่งยืนของชุมชน
โดยสรุปการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ ยังมีความจำเป็นในขณะนี้ เพื่อให้วิสาหกิจชุมชน ท่าสะอ้าน ไฮโดรโปนิกส์ เกิดความเข้มแข็ง โดยเฉพาะในด้านการส่งเสริมการจัดจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ ควรมีความหลายหลาก และเพิ่มมากยิ่งขึ้น
