จากการลงพื้นที่ หมู่ 8 บ้านท่าสะอ้าน ต.เขารูปช้าง อ.เมือง จ.สงขลา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาการจัดการ การผลิต และการตลาด และ (2) วิเคราะห์จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส และอุปสรรค โดยการสังเกต เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูล และนำมาตีความ โดยมีผลการศึกษา ดังนี้
(1) ศึกษาการจัดการของวิสาหกิจชุมชน ท่าสะอ้านไฮโดรโปนิกส์ มี 3 ด้านคือ การจัดการ การผลิต และการตลาด มีรายละเอียดดังนี้
1.1 การจัดการ (Management) ในปี พ.ศ.2550 ชุมชนบ้านท่าสะอ้าน ประชากรส่วนใหญ่ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรม ได้จัดตั้งวิสาหกิจชุมชน เพื่อปลูกผักไฮโดรโปนิกส์ (อรุณ หนูผุด, 2555) ตามหลักการเกษตรอินทรีย์ (Organic Agriculture) มีการจัดการของวิสาหกิจฯ โดยยึดปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง (Sufficiency Economy Principle) 3 ห่วง 2 เงื่อนไข คือ ความพอประมาณ (Moderation) มีเหตุผล (Reasonableness) มีภูมิคุ้มกัน (Risk Management) ความรู้ (Knowledge) และคุณธรรม (Virtue) (เสรี พงษ์พิศ, 2550) สามารถแสดงผลการวิเคราะห์ได้ดังตารางที่ 1 คือ
