พิพิธภัณฑ์บ้านจิม ทอมป์สัน (อังกฤษ: Jim Thompson House) เป็นพิพิธภัณฑ์ที่ ตั้งอยู่ที่บ้านเรือนไทยของจิม ทอมป์สัน ริมคลองแสนแสบ ฝั่งตรงข้ามคลองกับชุมชนบ้านครัว ซึ่งเป็นชุมชนมุสลิม เป็นชุมชนทอผ้าแห่งหนึ่งที่ยังหลงเหลืออยู่ในพระนคร จิม ทอมป์สันย้ายมาอาศัยอยู่ที่นี่ตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2490 จนกระทั่งหายสาบสูญเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2510 [1]

ปัจจุบันพิพิธภัณฑ์บ้านจิม ทอมป์สัน อยู่ในความดูแลของมูลนิธิจิม ทอมป์สัน จัดแสดงศิลปวัตถุของเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ โดยเฉพาะพระพุทธรูปยุคสมัยต่างๆ ไว้เป็นจำนวนมาก ตัวอาคารเรือนไทยได้รับรางวัลอาคารอนุรักษ์ดีเด่น ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2539 จากสมาคมสถาปนิกสยาม ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์
