โครงการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติที่มาเยี่ยมชมวัดพระศรีรัตนศาสดารามราชวรมหาวิหารจัดทำขึ้นมีจุดประสงค์ให้ทราบความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติที่เดินทางมาท่องเที่ยววัดพระแก้ว และทราบถึงปัญหาที่ทำให้นักท่องเที่ยวมีจำนวนลดลงอย่างเห็นได้ชัด เพื่อนำมาปรับปรุงแก้ไขในปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น และพัฒนาให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
จากการการสำรวจข้อมูลนักท่องเที่ยวที่มาเยี่ยมชมวัดพระแก้วจำนวน 100 คน เกี่ยวกับการเดินทางกลับมาท่องเที่ยวอีกครั้ง พบว่า มีนักท่องเที่ยวกลับมาอีกแน่นอนเป็นเพศชาย คิดเป็น 19% เป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็น 29% ไม่แน่ใจเป็นเพศชาย คิดเป็น 12% เป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็น 24% ไม่กลับมาอีกเป็นเพศชาย คิดเป็น 7% เป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็น 9%
จากการสำรวจข้อมูลนักท่องเที่ยวที่มาเยี่ยมชมวัดพระแก้วจำนวน 100 คน เกี่ยวกับการแนะนำให้ผู้อื่นมาท่องเที่ยว พบว่า มีนักท่องเที่ยวแนะนำแน่นอนเป็นเพศชาย คิดเป็น 23% เป็นเพศหญิงเป็น 41% ไม่แน่ใจเป็นผู้ชาย คิดเป็น 13% เป็นผู้หญิง คิดเป็น 18% ไม่แนะนำเป็นผู้ชาย คิดเป็น 2% เป็นผู้หญิง คิดเป็น 3%
ผลการสำรวจความความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติ พบว่า นักท่องเที่ยวมีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุดเป็นเพศชาย คิดเป็น 19% เป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็น 29% นักท่องเทียวมีความพึงพอปานกลางเป็นเพศชาย คิดเป็น 12% เป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็น 24% และนักท่องเที่ยวมีความพึงพอใจน้อยที่สุดเป็นเพศชาย คิดเป็น 7% เป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็น 9% ตามลำดับ
