Similarly to experiment 1, the regression analysis supported the concentration data, with significant positive relationships between plasma and tissue concentrations of corticosterone. The relationships between plasma and tissue concentrations of corticosterone accounted for between 68% and almost all the variation (plasma vs liver r= 0.985, r2 = 0.970, P = 0.056; plasma vs skeletal muscle r = 0.997, r2 = 0.998, P = 0.025).
