ข้อ 8. ถ้าลูกจ้างจงใจขัดคำสั่งของนายจ้างอันชอบด้วยกฎหมายก็ดี หรือละเลยไม่นำพาต่อคำสั่งเช่นนั้นเป็นอาจิณก็ดี ละทิ้งการงานไปเสียก็ดี กระทำความผิดร้ายแรงก็ดี หรือกระทำการงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย โดยปราศจากความรู้ความสามารถ ดังที่ได้รับรองไว้ตาม (6) เป็นเหตุให้การงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายเสียหายด้วยประการใดๆ ลูกจ้างยินยอมให้นายจ้างเลิกสัญญาได้ทันที โดยมิพักต้องบอกกล่าวล่วงหน้า และลูกจ้างยินยอมชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย บรรดาที่นายจ้างต้องเสียไปเนื่องจากการกระทำของตนจนครบถ้วน
ในการปฏิบัติงานของลูกจ้างจะกระทำด้วยความอุตสาหะ ไม่ละทิ้งหน้าที่ และทำให้การงานนั้นสำเร็จอย่างบกพร่อง หรือไม่เป็นไปตามประสงค์ของนายจ้าง

ข้อ 9. หากลูกจ้างมีความประสงค์จะลาออกจากการเป็นลูกจ้างของนายจ้าง ให้ทำเป็นหนังสือแจ้งให้นายจ้างทราบล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วัน
