Sift the flour and salt into the mixture. Mix the mixture by hand to form a smooth dough.
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough at your desire thickness.
Cut out the dough using tart cutter. Arrange onto parchment-lined baking tray.
Place the pre-rolled pineapple jam onto the center of each tart.
Bake at preheated oven at 170c for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
