Сильно переоцененный отель, реально это честные 3*, до 4* недотягивает, восторгов посетителей не понял. Основные проблемы: - нестабильный интернет (в комнатах в видом на бассейн проблем нет все работает прекрасно на скорости 5-7 Мбит, в комнатах с видом на противоположную сторону сигнал WIFI есть, а интернета нет, видимо проблема в ретрансляторах) - персонал разговаривает на "тайском английском". 99% посетителей отеля - русские (сюда возит пакетников Coral Tour и Pegas), но в отеле нет ни одного человека, который бы разговариал на русском и "тайский английский" понять бывает весьма непросто. - убираютя в номерах плохо (уборка протекает с 10 утра до 16 часов вечера и качество среднее, не всегда меняется постельное белье и вытираются остатки крема от загара с пола) - ОГРОМНАЯ проблема с зоной бассейна. Бассейн очень хороший, но на весь бассейн только 10 лежаков и 3 пальмы. В результате русские господа заниают лежаки полотенцами с утра, иногда дерутся за лежаки около бассейна. Но даже если Вы победили и отняли лежак у бассейна, то лечь в тени не получится, т.к. дальше приходится за место в тени под пальмой (т.к. пальмы всего 3 или 4 штуки) :) !!! Или слишком много порошка использовали или забыли прополаскать. Всю полученную из прачечной одежду пришлось отдельно полоскать в раковине и потом сушить в номере.
