ฝ่ายทรัพยากรมนุษย์ (Human Resources) ดูแลด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลขององค์กร แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วนหลักคือ
- แผนกฝึกอบรม (Training) ดูแลเรื่องของการฝึกอบรม พัฒนาทักษะบุคลากร
- แผนกบุคคล (Personnel) ดูแลเรื่องบุคลากรในองค์กร เงินเดือน ค่าจ้าง และสวัสดิการต่างๆ
ฝ่ายควบคุม (Controller) ดูแลด้าน การเงิน การบัญชีขององค์กร แบ่งเป็น 4 ส่วนหลักดังนี้
- แผนกการเงิน (Financial) ดูแลด้านการเงินของโรงแรม ควบคุมการรับ-จ่ายเงิน ของโรงแรม
- แผนกบัญชี (Accounting) ดูแลเรื่องบัญชีต่างๆ ภายในโรงแรม และจัดทำรายงานให้แก่ผู้บริหารและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องได้รับทราบ
- แผนกจัดหา/จัดซื้อจัดจ้าง (Procurement) ดูแลเรื่องการจัดหา วัตถุดิบหรือปัจจัยการผลิตและการให้บริการต่างๆ ให้แก่โรงแรม
- แผนกคลัง (Inventory) ดูแลเรื่องคลังสินค้าวัตถุดิบที่เป็นปัจจัยในการผลิต การให้บริการลูกค้า และการดำเนินงานของโรงแรมที่เป็นส่วนกลาง
