We have capture the trace with DNS server. But we can’t capture on DNS server because if we capture the trace will be too huge. Which we don’t know when the issue will be occurred.

For build 68.12
Build 68.12 contains few additional fixes, couple of which are specifically related to issues reported on build 68.10.
See updated release notes for incremental fixes included in 68.12. The release notes otherwise is same as one released with 68.10.
Customers currently on 68.10 are recommend to upgrade to 68.12 as soon as possible ###
Can you advice about the relevant issue for upgrade to build 68.12? Because we’ll be present to the customer for plan to upgrade.
!But the customer concern if there upgrade to build 68.12 that will be fix this issue or not ? If we can't find the root cause or fix this issue. The customer will perform to downgrade production and complain to us.
