HDSTR tester has not CM and tempera

HDSTR tester has not CM and temperature control. Just plug and turn on the power supply to the drives. These drives will be spun up by themselves to run the commands that were recorded at CAL2 operation. And HDSTR tester need the set up time to purge. At the end of time, the drives will be unloaded the result and continue test the normal flow of FNC operation. HDSTR tester will be get only some state to run.
