Bedingung für die Benutzung des Mietobjektes:

des Mietfahrzeugs entstehen, es sei denn, der Vermieter handelt vorsätzlich oder grob
fahrlässig. Wenn keine Ansprüche gegen den Vermieter selbst bestehen, können solche
Ansprüche auch nicht gegen Betriebsangehörige oder Erfüllungsgehilfen des Vermieters
geltend gemacht werden.
Der Mieter stellt den Vermieter von Ansprüchen Dritter auf Grund von Unfällen frei, soweit
und solange nicht die allgemeine Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung des Vermieters oder die
abgeschlossene Fahrzeugversicherung des gemieteten Fahrzeugs eintritt.
Fälle, in denen die Versicherung zwar einen Schaden regulieren muss, jedoch aufgrund
gesetzlicher Bestimmungen gegen den Teilnehmer Rückgriff nehmen kann, berühren den
Vermieter nicht.
Dem Teilnehmer ist bekannt, dass
1. er auf eigenes Risiko fährt, auch wenn er dem Vermieter als Tourleiter folgt.
2. das Fahren im Gelände Erfahrung und eine gute körperliche Konstitution voraussetzt.

2. Im Besitz einer gültigen Fahrerlaubnis zu sein.
3. Bei guter gesundheitlicher Verfassung zu sein und über ausreichende Fahrerfahrung
