The study reveals acute hemorrhage at the left temporal lobe measuring about 6.9x4.4x4.2 cm in AP,width and craniocuaudal length respectively, with perilesional edema, causing pressure effect to the left lateral ventricle and subfalcine brain hermiation
- No intra- or extraaxial mass lesion is seen
- No dilatation of the ventricular system in seen
-No shiffing of the mildline structure or evidence of the brain herniation is detected
