The quality of service has depreciated considerably compared to the last time that we stayed there. Staff in general were focused on mainly tour groups thereby leaving the individual customer with very little service. The breakfast area each morning was totally unacceptable lack of condiments on the table birds flying around landing on the table picking food from plates while customers were eating and also excrement on the tables and from birds flying overhead totally unacceptable. Would rate this part of the hotel as 3 star
