We warmly welcome you into the Premium Coastal Residences (PCR) family!

As I do not see your name on the PCR group list yet, I re-sent the group invitation as it is necessary for you to wear the tag in order to rez in your new home.

Thank you for selecting PCR in which to set your home. Tiffany advised me you were quite taken with the Atoll Tower Level 8 apartment which rents for L$100 per week and comes with a 200-prim allowance.

Jake (blandsern) kindly paid L$100 earlier today, making the next rent due date:

RENTAL PAYMENTS

As Tiffany may have explained, rents are payable to me, "SassyAbi Resident", and due on Wednesdays, at which time you may elect to pay as many weeks in advance as you wish.

I've attached my calling card at the bottom for your convenience, or you can do the following:

Go to the Contacts window/tab, click Groups, highlight Premium Coastal Residences (if you are wearing our tag no need to highlight) and pres Info button).

The pop up window lists names; double click on "Abi" to access my profile and click "Pay" button (in IM Chat window click the $ tag).

Currently, the requests we make of residents:

(1) We would appreciate your listing us in your profile's Picks tab. You can create it from your building's lobby or at the Main Info Center at Fenos by clicking "new" in your profile's Picks section, then saving.
