The study is intended to study the effects of exercise, Aerobic Exercise on maximal oxygen consumption rate, within a period of 1 month, with comparisons between before practice and after practice. Sample group. Students who do not exercise within the University, Khon Kaen, Nong Khai campus aged 18-19 years, 10 people with maximum oxygen consumption assessment prior to exercises by training for a period of 4 weeks with Aerobic Exercise training programmes, by training to practice once a week for 3 days a week. Study results showed that after a training exercise with Aerobic Exercise found that the maximum oxygen consumption capability has been developing better Aerobic Exercise before a training from 41.10 a 41.17 but did not have significant differences at 0.05 level.
