บทคัดย่อ

โครงงานเรื่อง การทำกระปุกออมสินจากกะลามะพร้าว จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อพัฒนาภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นที่มีอยู่เดิมให้มีความหลากหลายให้กับสินค้า และสามารถเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับสินค้าทำให้มีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้น นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถนำไปบูรณาการกับวิชาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ในเรื่องของการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างประหยัดและคุ้มค่าให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด และยังนำไปบูรณาการได้อีกหลายวิชา

จากการศึกษาพบว่าการทำกระปุกออมสินจากกะลามะพร้าวซึ้งเราสามารถเก็บหรือออมเงินที่เราอยากไว้เพื่อให้คนที่เรารักหรือเก็บไว้เพื่อใช่ในอนาคตข้างหน้าและประหยัดต่าใช่จ่ายหรือเรานำมาตกแต่งบ้านก็ได้

บทที่ 1

ความสำคัญและที่มาของโครงงาน

เนื่องจากในแต่ละชุมชนมีกะลามะพร้าวที่ใช้แล้วทิ้งเกลื่อนกลาดเมื่อฝนตกลงมาก็เป็นภาชนะใส่น้ำเป็น ที่วางไข่ของยุงลาย ซึ่งในแต่ละปีมีผู้ป่วยเป็นไข้เลือดออกเป็นจำนวนมาก ดิฉันจึงคิดว่าน่าจะนำกะลามะพร้าวที่ใช้แล้วมาทำให้เกิดประโยชน์ และเป็นการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมด้วยซึ้งการทำกระปุกออมสินจากกะลามะพร้าวเราสามารถทำเป็นอาชีพเสริมได้ กระปุกออมสินจากกะลามะพร้าวเป็นอีกหนึ่งผลงานที่เกิดจาก “ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และฝีมือของคนไทย” ไม่น่าเชื่อว่าลูกกะลากลมๆ จากเปลือกมะพร้าวที่บรรพบุรุษของเราเอามาขูดทำกะทิเป็นอาหารคาวหวานต่างๆ จะนำมาดัดแปลงเป็นของใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้ เช่น กระบวยตักน้ำ ทะนานตวงข้าวสาร ฯลฯ

จุดประสงค์

1. เพื่อนำกะลามะพร้าวที่ใช้แล้วมาทำให้เกิดประโยชน์

2. เพื่อเป็นการอนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อม

3. เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบเก่าให้มีความหลากหลายมากขึ้น

4. เพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับสินค้า ทำให้มีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้น
