Lo que es tener que ser valiente, poderoso y exitoso a toda hora.

Lo molestas que son las comparaciones con “el marido/novio de”.

La necesidad que tienen de un abrazo que no siempre saben pedir.

Lo difícil que es comprender lo que nunca les han enseñado.

Las lágrimas que no se animan a llorar.

El poder que tenemos sobre ellos.

Que ellos también pasan noches sin dormir.

Que necesitan silencio como nosotras charla.

Que no andan por la vida pensando en cómo lastimarnos.

Que son más débiles de lo que su altura y músculos dirían.

Que sacar lo mejor o peor de ellos está en nuestras manos.

Que piensan y razonan diferente.

Que sienten muy parecido.

Que demuestran sentimientos como pueden o como aprendieron.

Si las mujeres entendiésemos todo esto, si lográsemos mirar más allá de algunos olvidos, si nos diéramos cuenta de que no hay todos o ninguno, si pudiésemos sentir que para ellos la mejor demostración de amor es habernos elegido, si las mujeres bajáramos un poquito la guardia, los reproches y tantos reclamos, si pudiéramos incrementar las sonrisas, los brindis y la picardía y si los dejáramos hacer sin tanto mandato ni expectativa, comprenderíamos que somos lo que le da sentido a sus vidas.

Como mujeres, novias, madres, hijas, hermanas o amigas.

Al final del día, donde se acaban las bromas, donde no hay público ni formas, donde solo queda un hombre y sus latidos, ahí estamos nosotras... con el que cada una eligió.
