3. ถ้าผู้รับซื้อผิดสัญญาไม่ไปทำหนังสือสัญญาและจดทะเบียนรับซื้อตามกำหนดในข้อหนึ่ง ผู้จะ
ซื้อยอมให้ผู้จะขายริบมัดจำ แต่ถ้าผู้จะขายผิดสัญญาไม่ไปทำหนังสือสัญญาและจดทะเบียนขายตามกำหนด
