การให้บริการหลังการขายโปรแกรมบัญชี Express มีตามรายการดังต่อไปนี้
1. ตามสิทธิความเป็นเจ้าของโปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูป Express ใน 1 ชุด หรือ 1 S/N สามารถใช้ได้ 1 บริษัท ต่อ 1 PC หรือ LAN 1 วง ที่ลงทะเบียนกับ บริษัท เอ็กซ์เพรส ซอฟท์แวร์ กรุ๊ป จำกัด เท่านั้น ไม่สามารถนำ S/N เดียวกันไปใช้กับสาขา หรือบริษัทในเครือ ซึ่งในแต่ละสถานที่ดังกล่าวนั้นต้องซื้อใช้คนละชุด (ยกเว้นกรณีรับทำบัญชีข้อมูลหลายบริษัท ใช้ในเครื่องเดียวกัน หรือใน LAN วงเดียวกัน)
2. การขอเคลมสิทธิ (ดูรายละเอียด)
3. ให้กรอกข้อมูลในบัตรลงทะเบียน (อยู่ในแพ็คการซื้อโปรแกรมชุดใหม่) Faxมาที่ 02-217-3588 และหย่อนตู้ไปรษณีย์ส่งกลับบริษัท เอ็กซ์เพรส ซอฟท์แวร์ กรุ๊ป จำกัด ทันที เพื่อความสะดวกในการขอรหัสเปิดใช้โปรแกรม, จองอบรมการใช้งาน, สอบถามปัญหากับฝ่ายบริการ และ update โปรแกรม
4. บริษัทฯ จะอบรมการใช้งานโปรแกรมให้ฟรี 1 ครั้ง เฉพาะซื้อโปรแกรมชุดใหม่ ใช้เวลา 2 วันเต็ม(9.00-16.00น) 2 ท่านต้องไปพร้อมกัน และต้องสำรองที่นั่งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 2-3 สัปดาห์ (ตารางอบรมและใบจองอบรมจะแนบมาพร้อมกับโปรแกรม)
5. หากต้องการอบรมเพิ่มมากกว่า 2 ท่าน หรือมากกว่า 1 ครั้ง บริษัทฯ จะคิดค่าใช้จ่ายท่านละ 1,070 บาท หรือ 2 ท่าน 1,605 บาท นั่งโต๊ะเดียวกัน (ราคารวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว)
6. การสำรองที่นั่งอบรม การยกเลิก หรือเลื่อนการอบรมให้ดูจากใบตารางการอบรมโปรแกรม (แนบมาให้พร้อมกับโปรแกรม)
7. ให้นำซีดีสอนการใช้งานมาเปิดศึกษา และลองเล่นตาม เพื่อทำความคุ้นเคยกับโปรแกรมก่อนเข้าอบรม บางคนสามารถใช้งานได้โดยไม่ต้องเสียเวลาเดินทางเข้าไปอบรม เพราะข้อมูลในซีดีจะเสมือนกับข้อมูลที่เรามานั่งเรียนในห้องอบรมทุกประการ
8. บริษัทฯ ถือแผ่นโปรแกรมต้นฉบับเป็นสำคัญ หากแผ่นสูญหายจะต้องแจ้งความหายที่สถานีตำรวจแล้วซื้อโปรแกรมใหม่เท่านั้น และจะต้องนำไปติดตั้งในเครื่องเดิมที่เคยขอรหัสลงทะเบียนล่าสุดเท่านั้น ถ้าไม่ใช่ ต้องทำตามเงื่อนไข "การถอนสิทธิการใช้งาน" ก่อน
9. การให้บริการสอบถามปัญหาและปรึกษาโปรแกรม
ฝ่ายบริการตอบปัญหาการใช้งานทางโทรศัพท์ (Call center)  [phone] และกด 2 ในวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 8:30 – 17:00, วันเสาร์ เวลา 8:30-10:45 (ปิดเสาร์สุดท้ายของเดือน) หากพบว่าเบอร์ใดเสีย (โทรติดแต่ไม่มีคนรับ) กรุณาแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบริการเพื่อแก้ไขต่อไป
ตอบปัญหาผ่านเว็ปไซด์ www.esg.co.th (Auto Help Desk และ ตอบกระทู้คำถามต่าง ๆ)
ให้บริการภายในสถานที่ทำการของบริษัทเอ็กซ์เพรสฯ เท่านั้น
10. กรณีที่ต้องการให้แก้ไข แบบฟอร์ม, รายงาน และงบการเงิน เพิ่มเติม บริษัทฯ จะคิดค่าใช้จ่ายขั้นต่ำ ดังนี้
แก้ไขแบบฟอร์ม 2,000.- ต่อ 1 ฟอร์ม / แก้ไข รายงาน 4,000.- ต่อ1รายงาน / แก้ไข งบการเงิน 3,000.- ต่อ 1 งบการเงิน

ข้อแนะนำในการติดตั้งโปรแกรม
ใช้กับคอมพิวเตอร์ที่มี CPU ตั้งแต่ Intel Celeron หรือ AMD Duron และหน่วยความจำ 256 MB. ขึ้นไป (Recommend 512 MB.)
ระบบ LAN เครื่องแม่มี CPU ตั้งแต่ Intel Pentium 4 หรือ AMD Sempron 2006+ และหน่วยความจำ 512 MB. ขึ้นไป
เพื่อความสะดวกในการดูแล และการถอนสิทธิการใช้งาน ควรติดตั้งโปรแกรมไว้ใน Drive D:,E:. หรือ Drive อื่นๆ ที่ไม่ใช่ Drive ของ Windows(C:) ฉะนั้นก่อนติดตั้ง ควรแบ่ง Partition ของ Hard disk ไว้สำหรับลงโปรแกรม Express โดยเฉพาะโปรแกรมเดียว เนื่องจากในอนาคตถ้าจำเป็นต้องเปลี่ยนเครื่อง หรือเปลี่ยน Hard disk คุณจะต้อง Format Drive ที่ลงโปรแกรมเพื่อถอนสิทธิการใช้งาน ทำให้การถอนสิทธิการใช้งาน ทำได้ง่าย และรวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น
ข้อสำคัญ เพื่อป้องกันการสูญหายของข้อมูลก่อนออกจากการทำงานโปรแกรม ควรสำรองข้อมูลเก็บไว้ทุกวัน อาจจะเก็บไว้ใน Handy drive, Flash drive หรือ Thumb drive ก็ได้ เพื่อความปลอดภัยในกรณีที่เครื่องเกิดล่มกะทันหัน จะได้มีข้อมูลสำรองที่สามารถทำงานต่อได้
ขั้นตอนการถอนสิทธิการใช้งาน
เมื่อเครื่องเกิดปัญหา และจะต้องขอรหัสลงทะเบียนใหม่ เช่น Format ใหม่, เปลี่ยน PC, Server (ตัวแม่), Hard disk หรือ อุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ก่อนเปลี่ยน ให้โทรติดต่อกับฝ่ายขายของ บริษัท เอ็กซ์เพรส ซอฟท์แวร์ กรุ๊ป จำกัด เพื่อขอคำแนะนำในการถอนสิทธิการใช้งาน ก่อนโทรมาขอรหัสลงทะเบียนใหม่ ซึ่งแนวการปฏิบัติโดยหลัก ๆ มีดังนี้
1. กรณี Format อย่างเดียว อุปกรณ์ทุกอย่างเหมือนเดิม
** ให้โทรติดต่อที่ฝ่ายขาย 02-217-3555 เพื่อบันทึกประวัติไว้ หลังจากนั้นให้โทรไปขอรหัสลงทะเบียนที่ฝ่ายลงทะเบียน 02-217-3599
2. กรณีเปลี่ยนเครื่อง หรืออุปกรณ์ของเครื่อง จะแบ่งออกเป็น 2 กรณี ได้แก่
กรณีที่เครื่องเก่ายังเปิดเล่นโปรแกรมExpressได้สามารถเลือกการถอนสิทธิได้ 2 วิธี
วิธีที่ 1. แจ้งรหัสเครื่องก่อน และ หลัง Format Drive ซึ่งติดตั้ง Expressของเครื่องเก่า
ขั้นตอนการถอนสิทธิโดยแจ้งรหัสเครื่อง ก่อน+หลัง Format
1. ที่เครื่องเก่า เข้าไปที่เมนูอื่นๆ ->เมนูย่อย C.ลงทะเบียนโปรแกรม แล้วโทรไปที่ฝ่ายขาย 02-217-3555 แจ้งรหัสเครื่องก่อน format เพื่อบันทึกประวัติไว้ (ถ้าเป็นระบบ LAN ให้ดูที่เครื่องแม่เรียกโปรแกรมผ่าน 1.Map network drive และ 2.Local drive)
2. Copy โปรแกรมทั้ง folder (จะไปทั้งโปรแกรมและข้อมูล) ไปวางไว้ที่เครื่องใหม่ (ควรเก็บไว้ใน drive D:,E:..ที่ไม่ใช่ drive C: และเลือกshare drive หรือ folder ก็ได้ แล้ว Map Drive เตรียมไว้)
3. ที่เครื่องเก่า format drive ซึ่งเก็บExpress (ให้เนื้อที่เท่าเดิมห้ามแบ่งPartitionใหม่ และอย่าลืมยกเลิกการ Map+Share ก่อน) หลังจากformatแล้วนำแผ่นติดตั้งลงไปใหม่และเข้าไปที่เมนูอื่นๆ->เมนูย่อย C.ลงทะเบียนโปรแกรม โทรไปที่ฝ่ายขายแจ้งรหัสเครื่องหลัง format เพื่อบันทึกไว้ในประวัติอีกครั้ง แล้วก็ลบ folder->Express..ทิ้ง
4. ที่เครื่องใหม่ เรียกโปรแกรมผ่าน Map Drive เข้าไปที่เมนูอื่นๆ ->เมนูย่อย C.ลงทะเบียนโปรแกรม แล้วโทรไปขอรหัส ที่ฝ่ายลงทะเบียน  02-217-3599 เพื่อขอรหัสเปิดใช้โปรแกรม
วิธีที่ 2. นำเครื่องเก่า หรือ Hard disk (หรืออาจจะส่งทางEMS) เข้ามาที่ บริษัท เอ็กซ์เพรสฯ เพื่อถอนสิทธิการใช้งาน (กรุณานัดวันเวลาล่วงหน้ากับฝ่ายขายเพื่อเตรียมบุคลากรไว้บริการ)
กรณีที่เครื่องเก่าเสีย ไม่สามารถเข้าโปรแกรมExpressได้ ต้องนำเคร
