While we go through the transformation to Hubs and Colgate Business Services many core Human Resources strategies will need to evolve, including how careers are navigated and how people are developed to build the skills they will need to manage in the new structure. While it would be premature to redo our career path tools before the structures mature, it is work that is being scoped and will need to be completed during the restructure period. We are currently looking at vastly different models that are far more flexible in today's career development environment. Many of these tools incorporate and apply today's social media behaviors into career development tools, as an example. We also are partnering with SAP and their subsidiary Success Factors for learning on how to modernize our approaches to guide career development.
