ข้อ 2. ผู้เช่าสัญญาว่า
(1) จะชำระค่าเช่าภายในวันที่…………………..ของทุกเดือน ทุกๆ เดือนไป

(4) ผู้เช่าจะทำประกันอัคคีภัยทรัพย์สินอย่างใดในทรัพย์สินที่เช่า ผู้เช่าต้องได้รับความยินยอมเป็นหนังสือจากผู้ให้เช่าก่อนจึงจะทำได้
(5) ผู้เช่าสัญญาว่าจะสงวนรักษาทรัพย์สินที่เช่ารวมทั้งอุปกรณ์ทั้งหลายและเครื่องตกแต่งในสภาพอันบำรุงรักษาอย่างดีตามสมควรแก่สภาพสิ่งของนั้นๆ และจำทำการซ่อมแซมเล็กน้อยตามที่จำเป็นเพื่อการสงวนรักษาทรัพย์สินดังกล่าวด้วย
(6) ผู้เช่าจะไม่ให้เช่าช่วงและไม่ยอมให้บุคคลอื่นนอกจากบุคคลในครอบครัว (บริวารหรือลูกจ้าง) ของผู้เช่าเข้าอยู่อาศัยในทรัพย์สินที่เช่านั้น
(7) ผู้เช่าจะไม่ประพฤติและกระทำการอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดเป็นทีรำคาญแก่เพื่อนบ้านใกล้เคียง หรือกระทำสิ่งที่น่าจะเป็นอันตรายแก่ทรัพย์สินที่เช่า หรืออาจเป็นอันตรายแก่บุคคลหรือทรัพย์สินของผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดที่อยู่ใกล้เคียง และจะไม่กระทำหรือให้ผู้อื่นกระทำการใดอันผิดกฎหมาย
