Well,after booking three weeks in advance and receiving several confirmations of this, including one the morning of arriving, confirming our room and UP2U guesthouse were both ready for us. It came as quite a shock to turn up and find they infact didn't have a room for us, they then lied and said they were making one up for us so to wait. Which we did for an hour, but then grew tired and checked with them, to find this was not the case, they tried to send us away to another guesthouse, which was in no way of the same standard (no view, no air con, isolated area). We had no refund, at all, they refused, we decided we wouldn't stay in this poor hostel and had to walk around at night wasting one of the only 3 evenings we had, just to find a place to sleep. They weren't helpful or apologetic, and the way the change of guesthouse was dealt with seemed suspicious (ie it was planned). So we paid for 2 hostels for the night and wasted most of it, due to Up2u.
