Results are presented as means ± standard deviation (SD)
from three replicates of each experiment. A P value <0.05
was used to denote significant differences among mean values
determined by the analysis of variance with the assistance of
‘‘Statistica v 5.1’’ software (Statsoft, 1998). The means were
compared by using the one-way and multivariate analysis of
variance (ANOVA) followed by Duncan’s multiple range tests.
A principal component analysis (PCA) was performed in order
to discriminate between the three studied coriander varieties
on the basis of their phenolic percentage composition
