This is to share update information with you regarding the congested
situation at Suvarnabhumi Airport TG Cargo Terminal.
The attached picture was taken yesterday 19:00 at TG Terminal. Those
are air export cargo waiting in front of X-Ray Machine to be checked
for security.

< Current Situation >

Due to below two major factors, the TG cargo terminal is congested now.

1) Effective from Feb 1st, TG Cargo Terminal has increase the security
level and all export shipments are subject to X-Ray inspection.
Before this, the inspection had depended on the destination and used
carrier and the inspction percentage was less.

2) Due to the impact of Consumption tax increase in Japan from this
April, air export shipments to Japan is increasing and as majority of
Japan destination carriers use TG Termial, this is also causing the
congestion.

< Advice and support request to our valued customers >

In order to avoid any delay or off load for your important shipment,
our sales and customer service team may ask for your kind support as
follows.

1)  We may ask for your special support to arrange the cargo pick up a
little earlier so that we can pass the X-Ray inspection with no
problem.

2)  We may ask for your special support to provide us for forecast of
the shipment volume to Japan in advance. Due to we predict that space
to Japan will be more tight until end of March.

For the above support request, our sales and customer service may
contact you in near future if it is considered that we need your
special support.

For KWE Thailand, in order to prevent any delay or off load, we have
increased the number of staff to monitor our shipment closely at TG
terminal already and shall do our best to keep our service level.
