INGREDIENTS
• ½ cup butter
• 3 eggs
• ¾ cup sugar
• 1½ teaspoons baking powder
• 1¾ cup flour
• Pinch of salt
• ½ teaspoon anise oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
2. Add eggs and mix to incorporate.
3. Add flour, baking powder and salt to the mixer bowl and stir to combine.
4. Add anise oil and mix in.
5. Cook pizzelles according to directions in your pizelle baker.
NOTES
You can double, triple or quadruple this recipe.
