I always travel to Bangkok for business trip. Mandarin Hotel location is not so convenience for me. This actually is a good hotel with standard facilities. Staff mostly are friendly but also have some with not really "clever" service. I am having an wrongly meal billing to my room which they didnt double check the customer signed bill with their room and attached wrongly in my room. Due to this issue the reception even took out the bill and spent over 30mins still cant solve it and still wanna argue with me. Finally I get their supervisor to show me the bill and found what exactly happening.
