1 1/2 pound of steam taro roots, 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 cup butter.
Cook the taro in a steamer smash them together with above ingrediences
3/4 cup of boiled water, 1/2 to 3/4 cup of wheat starch,1 Tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt.
1.Measure all of the dry ingrediences put in a bowl then pour in the super boiling water into this bowl mix it up.
2. Take this batter or dough mix it in with the taro bowl.
Fillings: 3 shitaki mushroom, 1 cup ground pork, 1 cup shrimps, 1 scallion, 1 tsp five spice powder, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 sesame oil, 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 Tablespoon cornstarch and 4 T of water use for thinkening.
Mince everything and marinate with all the seasoning before stir fry .
When meat all done cook, pour in the cornstarch mixtured.
