1)climb 5+10, 15 steps, walk 300 meter before you find reception
room is small like 25 SM, not as promised in booking conditions.
2)always only 1-2 staffs at counter while 4-5 groups of customer waiting
3)called 5 times, waited at least one hours before I got an extra pillow I wanted
4)No one answered guest service and housekeeping lines at midnight (happened two of there nights I was there. I called no less than three times on each line)
5)Housekeeping give you used slippers in the room.
No replenishment of amenities/change of bed sheet pillow cases even I requested on after two days of stay. The chamber maid acknowledge and agreed to do it when I met her on my way out of the room.
6) Bell boy demanded me to pay 500 THB for a taxi to airport
we walked out of hotel and halted and taxi and paid only 280 THB including toll. Doesn't the manager know and stop what the hooligan behavior of the bell boy ?
