The ash
contents between the F1 and F2 samples were significantly
different and were low, 2.94 g/100 g and 3.03 g/100 g DM,
respectively, when compared to the results of Chau and Huang
(2003) for orange peel (3.30 g/100 g DM) and Fernández-López
et al. (2009) for orange byproduct fiber (4.52 g/100 g DM).
