We want to provide you with more information about the recent developments of the connectivity situation between The Channel Manager and GTA. Due to the overwhelming success of this connection over the last two years and with now over 100 connectivity partners live on GTA’s API platform, recently this has caused some issues and it has highlighted development requirements in the IT infrastructure of this connectivity product on GTA side.
Together with the high level support from The Channel Manager technology team we have been able to identity what the issue is, and we are working hard on this together to resolve it as soon as possible. We are hoping to have a more detailed timeline on this soon, but for now we do expect some recurrent issues around delays and occasional failures in updates to continue in the short term. However we do want to stress that the connection is currently live.
