น้ำตกแม่ยะ ตั้งอยู่ภายในอุทยานแห่งชาติดอยอินทนนท์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เป็นน้ำตกขนาดใหญ่และสวยงามมากแห่งหนึ่ง มีลักษณะเป็นหน้าผาสูงชันไหลลดลั่นลงมาประมาณ 30 ชั้น ไหลลงมาจากหน้าผาที่สูงชัน 280 เมตร ลงมากระทบโขดหินเป็นชั้น ๆ เหมือนม่าน แล้วลงไปรวมกันที่แอ่งน้ำเบื้องล่าง เหมาะสำหรับเป็นที่พักผ่อนหย่อนใจ อีกทั้งบริเวณรอบ ๆ น้ำตกเป็นป่าเขาอันสงบเงียบที่เต็มไปด้วยพรรณไม้สุดร่มรื่นหลายชนิด ส่วนบริเวณท้ายน้ำตกมีการติดตั้งโรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานน้ำเพื่อผลิตกระแสไฟฟ้าอีกด้วย
