Greetings,
Please find the answer below:
I confirmed from our development team and they confirmed that 50% CPU is not a concern and will not cause any issues.
Q. And could you explain a little bit about httpd service which cause high management CPU ?
Ans: httpd process is taking high CPU because there is STAT NITRO(API) CALLS coming from the clients 203.144.255.159 and 58.9.176.12.
Please take a look at this output with the explanation :
From the nitro logs we are seeing that users from the 203.144.255.159 and 58.9.176.12 keep getting the stats of the 58.97.38.36 node via NS GUI as it was requested by the clients this leads to httpd process consuming 50% management CPU.

Q. Is it will be effect to system if it's reach 70-80% as you mentions to be concerned as abnormal?
Ans: when CPU goes more than 70% is when we need to worry about, when this happened the GUI access will be very slow and you may also face an issues with HA as command propogation and file synchronication also uses the management CPU.
So for now, if you don’t see CPU going greater than 70% then it is not something to worry of.
