การทำวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาต่อการให้บริการหอพักทะเลแก้วนิเวศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงคราม 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการให้บริการของเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานหอพักทะเลแก้วนิเวศ
ด้านการให้บริการของหอพัก และด้านค่าบำรุง ซึ่งได้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากนักศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 150 คน
โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการสำรวจ ส่วนข้อมูลที่ได้จะนำมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS for Windows สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ไดแก ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และความถี่
