This study aims to determine the key factors that support The Foreign Missions organizations to become an innovative organization. In this paper, literatures on innovation, organizational innovativeness and factors supporting an innovativess organization are reviewed in section II. Section III presents the details of research approach, research objective and research design include analysis method are presented. Section IV shows the factor analysis applied to reduce and group key organizational characteristics in order to identify a set of most influential factors. Then, correlation analysis is conducted to investigate the correlation between key factors influencing an innovative organization and the level of innovativeness. The multiple regressions are also analyzed to determine which key factors have significant influence to the determination of the level of innovativeness in an organization. Section V provides a discussion and implications for future research. Finally, section VI presents the conclusion.
