The stay was great. The only problem was that the pool was under repairs and not available. The alternative provided was a shuttle to the nearby Centrepoint Residences to use their pool - this was inconvenient as my schedule was dictated by the shuttle service. The flooring on the room floors and in the room are tiled - which is just silly! You can hear the goings and comings of all guest on the floor. Should consider carpeting the flooring. The automatic bidet in the toilet was awesome and a very nice touch! The Bell Boys & Concierge were very helpful whenever I wanted to get a cab - they'd ensure that the cabby use the meter and save me the hassle of having to negotiate a fare. The Let's Relax spa located in the hotel looked good, however was unable to try any of the treatments during my stay as they were short-staffed (due to the Bangkok shutdown, many of their massage therapist were unable to make the journey to work). On the whole, it was a good hotel and I would definitely stay there again should I have the opportunity to.
