The liver shows normal size, shape but mildly coarse and increased echogenicity. No space taking lesion is seen. No dilatation of intrahepatic duct or CBD is noted. CBD= 3.2 mm. The gallbladder is normally distended. No gallstone is demonstrated. No thickening or swelling of the gallbladder wall is observed. Pancreas and spleen appear normal. Both kidneys are normal in size. There is a 0.6 cm. stone in right mid pole calyceal area and a 0.3 cm. stone in right upper pole cortex. Left kidney reveals a tiny stone in the mid pole calyceal area and a 0.4 cm. stone in the mid pole cortex. There is no hydronephrosis. No ascites is observed.
IMPRESSION : Liver parenchymatous disease and fatty liver change, no space taking lesion. Bilateral mid pole calyceal stones, no hydronephosis. Right upper pole and left mid pole cortical stones.
