เรื่อง แจ้งการเป็นตัวแทน

เรียน ผู้อำนวยการท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง

อ้างถึง หนังสือของบริษัท ฟูจิทรานส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

ตามหนังสือที่อ้างอิง บริษัท ฟูจิทรานส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ได้ขอใช้บริการเงินเชื่อกับท่าเรือ
แหลมฉบัง การท่าเรือแห่งประเทศไทย ในวงเงิน 3,000,000 บาท (สามล้านบาท) โดยบริษัทฯ จะต้องวางหนังสือสัญญาค้ำประกันไว้ต่อการท่าเรือฯ เพื่อเป็นประกันการชำระหนี้นั้น

บัดนี้ บริษัทฯ ขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่า บริษัทฯ เป็นตัวแทนของบริษัทตัวการ ดังมีรายชื่อต่อไปนี้

รวมทั้งบริษัทเรือต่างๆ ที่บริษัทฯ เป็นตัวแทน ซึ่งจะแจ้งให้ท่าเรือแหลมฉบังทราบ เป็นรายเที่ยว
ในโอกาสต่อไป ทั้งนี้ หากมีหนี้ค่าภาระใดๆ เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้บริการที่ท่าเรือแหลมบัง บริษัทฯ ในฐานะตัวแทนของตัวการดังกล่าวข้างต้น ยินยอมชำระหนี้ค่าภาระทั้งหมด โดยลำพังตนเองและจะไม่ยกข้อโต้แย้งใดๆ ขึ้นต่อสู้กับการท่าเรือฯ ทั้งสิ้น และยินยอมให้ท่าเรือแหลมฉบังเรียกร้องหนี้ค่าภาระดังกล่าวจากหนังสือสัญญา
